What Are We About ?
We, the Mbonge people from the Mbonge tribe of the Oroko ethnic group in Meme Division of the Southwest Region of Cameroon, herein referred to as MuMbonge, resident in North America (America and Canada), led by:
- Our spirit of mutual belonging.
- Love for the homeland,
- Envision the need to collaborate and support each other,
- The passionate desire to pursue collective goals and,
- Inspired by our pursuit to alleviate the living conditions in our immediate communities (America, Canada, and beyond) for a better future for our up-and-coming generations.
Consequently, resolved to form the MuMbonge Cultural Association of North America.
Our Motto
MuMbonge Nye. “We are One and Indivisible.”
Aims and Objectives.
- To promote unity and love amongst the Mbonge people residing in the USA, Canada, and beyond.
- To initiate and coordinate self-help projects within the MuMbonge communities.
- Enhance the socio-cultural and economic development of the present and future
generations of the Mbonge people.
Mission Statement
We prevent and alleviate human suffering in the phase of emergencies, by mobilizing the power of volunteers and donors. We are fighting every minute of every day to finish what we started and achieve our vision to advance world solidarity, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health services, creation of awareness, and the alleviation of poverty.
